It's about time we made a few adjustments on existing features:

-Admins aren't able to accept account creation requests. <<>>
-There's a random glitch on the wiki pages navigation links <<>>
-Let's make it so wiki posts automatically appear fully expanded, (the wiki post and the segments beneath it). I know I asked for the exact opposite but I've realized the only use for displaying wiki posts compacted like that is if there were lots of posts being displayed at a time. -Which eventually we'll enable on the search page and social media section. 
-We need to restore pagination to /wall.
