There's actually a bunch of different ways people can imagine the term 'transparency'. -Does an organization disclose its primary sources of funding? or its system of governance? Does it allow people to see its processes/protocals?
But there's also the question of how hard it is for people to see what's going on with any given website. Or even with specific posts or sub-communities. So Needpedia needs new features that let people see what's going on.
These can be notifications, or features that let them visualize activity. -So for instance, a tracking notification that lets you see when someone's posted a new idea for a problem you care about, or a visualizer that lets you see how posts are connected and which ones are new, or up and coming, (highest upvotes/view).
