Let's make it so certain pages have tutorial messages on how to use them for new [logged in] users. In other words, if someone creates an account and goes to the time bank, there should be a menu there that explains how things work. -And if possible that tutorial message should wait there as long as it takes for the user to go there *and dismiss it. Then it's gone forever, (for now). 



The tutorial messages need to be able to display messages, and hopefully, also text with formatting options to link users to other pages, and make letters bold, italic, and hopefully also be able to adjust size.

If it helps, in Needpedia's master admin section there's already a section called "Admin messages" which lets admins post links, images, and the other things listed above.
