Idea posts could use more sections and a better layout

Idea posts are where people go to work on things, they're the meeting spaces of the citizen-expert-coalitions Needpedia's intended to help create, or catalyze. So they should have a nice layout, and a few different sections for stuff like "Objectives", and "Comments".
