We've already made it possible for users to batch notifications from Needpedia.org into emails, now we just need to make it so when those emails are sent out, users get a notification on their phone, (android and ios users).

Once someone's downloaded the app they will have a unique user ID/token.

***From there the app will need some way to know when a notification email's been sent out. 
-The easiest way to do this is probably to have the app open Needpedia.org the first time they log into it, (I would say every time but I don't want to annoy users by forcing them to login all the time. Just once would be ideal), and alters Needpedia's backend so it knows to send app notifications to the user when one of their notifications have been sent out. 

From there the app does nothing until a notification email has been sent out, then it only displays "You have new activity", and if the user clicks on it, it opens a web browser and takes them to https://needpedia.org/notifications (If they've already logged into the site before, it should keep them logged in, and the app won't need to do anything special)


Documentation for this app will be extremely important.
