Vulnerable to SLAPP suits and other legal attacks

If people start posting problems with corporations and governments, rich people are going to start hating it. Presently, in its centralized form, any single rich person or business could simply launch a bunch of "SLAPP suits" until we ran out of money. We are completely vulnerable to their attacks.
