Portland has lots of collectives and other spaces who'd like to collaborate with others. For instance Hedron maker space, and countless student groups belonging to PSU and other colleges. We could invite them to host events at the Haven, and make a listserve that disseminates info about events to all the groups we connect with to generate a network effect. |
Different maker spaces have access to different equipment, we could be networking that equipment to help the Haven, and other communities in our network/area.
Each college has a dept for student groups, we should gather contacts for all such groups in Portland.
