There's already an idea posted for an AI user-assistant that can do things like guide users through the site and help organize content here. It's listed as a solution for Needpedia being hard to use, so I'm adding it as a solution to this problem because it's addresses both problems. Note that this means anyone interested in working on this idea should go to THAT post instead of this one, so we're all working together.
